What is an Installment Calculator?

An installment calculator helps retail stores and customers calculate the total cost of purchasing goods on installment (কিস্তিতে পণ্য ক্রয়). It computes surcharge/profit rates, deducts down payments, and breaks down the remaining balance into equal monthly payments.

Why use it?

Calculating surcharges and monthly installments manually often leads to mistakes or customer disputes. This tool generates a clear, transparent financial summary, complete with a printable A4 invoice voucher and payment schedule for both the customer and the store.

How does it work?

Fill in the fields from top to bottom. All figures update dynamically in real time and are safely stored in your browser local storage.

   Set your Shop Information onceClick "Shop Settings" to enter your store name, address, and mobile number. These stay saved even when you reset the form for a new customer.
2. 2.
   Enter Product Cash Price & Surcharge (% or Solid)Type the original base price and choose surcharge in percentage (%) or solid flat amount (৳). The total price calculates automatically.
3. 3.
   Enter Down Payment & Installment MonthsType the advance payment received and select the number of months. The monthly installment (EMI) updates instantly.
4. 4.
   Print or Save A4 PDF VoucherClick "Print / Save PDF" to open a professional, formatted A4 voucher with the schedule table and signature spaces ready for printing.
5. 5.
   Reset for the next customerClick "Reset" or simply press the Escape (Esc) key. Calculation and customer fields clear immediately while your shop details remain safe.

All data is saved locally in this browser sandbox. Your business records and customer names never get uploaded to any external server.
